One Year With Her

One Year With Her

One year with her was enough,

To feel that with her thoughts,

In the fourth year of high school and her semester,

She filled me with her charms.

Your eyes gave me pleasures,

Your lips facilitated my knowledge.

A year with her, she with my years,

She opened a light in my thoughts,

She placed wisdom in my hands.

She filled me with literary verses,

And though I'm the only one to think it,

Since then, I've loved her.

I miss her, I love her and I support her,

Because she placed her knowledge in my hands.

Oh! My year with her, she made me a star,

Her so much wisdom gave me strength,

To be able to face today, The goals that life shows.

As a teacher, she is perfect,

Her love is great when she delights.

Her teachings are enduring,

Like my love from son to mother,

I love her for a lifetime, I love you dear teacher.

My love from son to mother, Is what has made me succeed,

Remember dear Yasenia, Samuel will never forget you.

Though many despised you, And even wanted to harm you,

Your teachings so ardent, In a child made him triumph.

I will love you as one loves, A true mother.

Your children should be proud,

A year with you, gave me peace.

I'd like to be your son, To tell you Mom.
