Reasoning

Reasoning

You thought that love

Was like an illusion,

You gave yourself to passion

Without knowing the heart.

You mistook the most beautiful thing

With something worthless,

For him you left your friends,

And now you are filled with pain.

You pretended not to believe in man

Because you've never had a love before,

Now that you're disillusioned

You don't recognize your true mistake.

A piece of advice and a punishment

The thief of illusion gave you,

Never affirm without experience

Nor confuse love with passion.

Your friends now say

She's not who I thought she was,

Though many loved you

But he, he never loved you.
